Enamel Coating

Industrial enamel coating metal surface finishing conveyor line

Surface Finishing

Enamel Coating

Durable enamel coatings for metal components — exceptional corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and decorative finishes for industrial and consumer applications.

Overview

Keiteq Direct provides enamel coating services for metal components requiring superior corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, or a high-quality decorative finish. Enamel coatings — applied as a liquid and cured at high temperature — form a hard, glassy surface that is highly resistant to corrosion, chemicals, abrasion, and UV exposure. We offer both industrial enamel coatings for functional protection and decorative enamel finishes for consumer and architectural applications. Enamel coating is coordinated through our vetted finishing partners under a single contract and quality system.

Capabilities

  • Industrial enamel coatings for corrosion and chemical resistance
  • Decorative enamel finishes in a wide range of colours
  • High-temperature enamel coatings for exhaust and heat applications
  • Food-grade enamel coatings for cookware and food processing equipment
  • Electrostatic powder enamel application for uniform coverage
  • Wet spray enamel for complex geometries
  • Suitable for steel, cast iron, and aluminium substrates
  • Colour matching to RAL and customer standards

How we work

Our Process

01

Surface Preparation

Metal substrates are cleaned, degreased, and shot-blasted to create the surface profile required for enamel adhesion. Ground coat is applied as a bonding layer.

02

Enamel Application

Enamel is applied by electrostatic powder spray or wet spray to the specified thickness. Multiple coats are applied for decorative finishes requiring high gloss and colour depth.

03

Firing

Coated parts are fired in a kiln at 750–850°C. The enamel fuses to the metal substrate, forming a hard, glassy coating with excellent adhesion and chemical resistance.

04

Inspection & Delivery

Fired parts are inspected for colour, gloss, adhesion, and surface defects. Thickness is measured by magnetic induction gauge. Approved parts are packed and delivered.

Why choose us

Key Benefits

Superior Corrosion Resistance

Enamel coatings provide outstanding corrosion resistance — far exceeding paint or powder coat — making them ideal for harsh industrial and outdoor environments.

Chemical Resistance

The glassy enamel surface is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents, and cleaning agents — essential for food processing, chemical plant, and laboratory equipment.

High-Temperature Performance

Specialist high-temperature enamel coatings withstand continuous service temperatures up to 600°C — suitable for exhaust systems, combustion equipment, and industrial ovens.

Food-Safe Surfaces

Food-grade enamel coatings are non-toxic, non-porous, and easy to clean — widely used for cookware, bakeware, and food processing equipment.

Decorative Quality

Enamel delivers a premium, high-gloss decorative finish with excellent colour stability and UV resistance — maintaining appearance over decades of service.

Single-Source Supply

Enamel coating is coordinated alongside fabrication, machining, and assembly under one contract — eliminating inter-supplier logistics and quality handoff risk.
