Keiteq Direct does not operate internal SMT lines. Instead, we work with a network of long-term, reliable EMS partners who provide full electronic manufacturing support — from PCB assembly and through-hole soldering to functional testing and box build. This partnership model gives our customers access to established EMS capacity and expertise while Keiteq manages the programme, quality oversight, and final assembly integration.

How we work
Our Process
Requirements Review
We review your Gerbers, BOM, and assembly requirements, then engage our EMS partners to assess feasibility and capacity.
Component Sourcing
Components are sourced from authorised distributors and kitted against the BOM with full traceability before handoff to the EMS partner.
EMS Assembly & Test
Our EMS partner performs SMT, through-hole, and box build assembly with AOI, X-ray, and functional testing. Keiteq oversees quality throughout.
Final Assembly & Ship
Completed PCBAs and sub-assemblies are integrated at our Senai facility into the finished product, then packed and shipped with full documentation.
