How we work
Our Process
DFM & Die Design
We review your part drawing for stampability, strip layout, and material utilisation before designing the die.
Die Manufacture
The die is machined from D2 or SKD11 tool steel, hardened, and ground to tolerance in our toolroom.
First Article Inspection
First-off parts are fully measured and a FAI report is submitted for customer approval.
Production
Approved dies run on our stamping presses with in-process quality checks and SPC monitoring.
Why choose us
Key Benefits

Managed Partner Network
We manage the stamping partner relationship on your behalf — handling die design, quality oversight, and delivery so you have one point of contact.
Tight Tolerances
Our stamping presses and precision tooling hold tolerances to ±0.05 mm on critical dimensions.
Material Versatility
We stamp a wide range of metals and alloys, sourced locally in Malaysia for competitive pricing.
Integrated Secondary Ops
Tapping, welding, plating, and assembly are available in-house, reducing your supplier count and logistics complexity.
