Overview
Keiteq Direct manages the full mold fabrication process — from mold design and DFM analysis through to fabrication, trialling, and export. We work with fabrication partners in Malaysia, China, Thailand, and other countries to deliver the right tooling solution at the right cost. Our molds are regularly exported to customers in Mexico, the USA, Germany, and across the EU, with aftersales support available in those regions. Every mold is trialled and validated before shipment.

Our Process
Mold Design & DFM
We design the mold in 3D CAD, run mold flow analysis, and submit the design for customer approval before fabrication begins.
Fabrication
We select the right fabrication partner in Malaysia, China, Thailand, or another country based on your tooling requirements, budget, and lead time.
Trial & Validation
The mold is trialled, samples are measured, and a full trial report is submitted for customer sign-off before export.
Export & Aftersales
Approved molds are exported to your facility with full documentation. Aftersales support is available in Mexico, USA, and EU regions.
