Plastic Manufacturing
High-volume, precision plastic injection molding for complex components — from tooling design through to mass production.
Overview
Keiteq Direct operates a full range of injection molding machines from 80 to 1,200 tonnes clamping force, covering everything from small precision components to large structural parts. We work with all major thermoplastics and offer in-house tooling design and manufacture to give customers a single point of accountability from concept to production. Our DFM process catches design issues early, reducing tooling iterations and time to market.

How we work
Our Process
DFM & Tooling Design
We review your 3D model, identify risks, and produce a detailed tooling design with mold flow analysis.
Tool Manufacture
The mold is machined from P20 or H13 steel, EDM-finished, and polished to the specified surface texture.
T1 Trial & Approval
First-off samples are measured, tested, and submitted for customer approval before production commences.
Mass Production
Approved tools run on our injection presses with statistical process control and regular quality audits.
Why choose us
Key Benefits
In-House Tooling
We design and build molds in-house, giving us direct control over quality, lead time, and ongoing tool maintenance.
DFM Expertise
Our engineers review every design for draft angles, wall thickness, gate location, and sink risk before cutting steel.
Wide Material Range
From commodity resins to engineering-grade and high-performance polymers, we source and process the right material for your application.
Scalable Production
Multi-cavity tooling and automated handling allow us to scale from thousands to millions of parts per year.
Integrated Finishing
Painting, pad printing, hot stamping, and ultrasonic welding are available in-house for a complete sub-assembly.
IATF 16949 Certified
Our automotive-grade quality system applies to all molding work, with PPAP, FMEA, and control plan documentation available.
