Overview
Keiteq Direct provides sheet metal fabrication services for industrial enclosures, equipment panels, structural brackets, and custom metalwork. Our fabrication capability covers the complete process from flat sheet to finished, surface-treated component: laser cutting or CNC punching for blanking, CNC press brake bending, MIG/TIG welding, and powder coating or painting for surface protection. We work in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and galvanised steel, and handle both prototype and high-volume production runs.

How we work
Our Process
DFM Review & Nesting
Customer drawings are reviewed for sheet metal DFM — bend radii, hole-to-edge distances, and weld access. Laser cutting programs are nested for material efficiency.
Cutting & Blanking
Flat blanks are cut by laser or CNC punch to the programmed profile. Cut edges are deburred and inspected before bending.
Forming & Joining
Blanks are bent on CNC press brakes to the specified profile. Welding, hardware insertion, and secondary operations are performed to the assembly drawing.
Finishing & Inspection
Fabricated parts are surface-treated (powder coat, paint, or passivation) and inspected dimensionally against the drawing. CMM inspection is available for critical features.
