Single & Multicolour Printing

Precise, durable graphics and markings on plastic and metal components — pad printing, screen printing, and multi-colour registration for high-volume production.

Overview

Keiteq Direct provides industrial pad printing and screen printing services for plastic injection-moulded parts, metal components, and assembled products. Pad printing enables precise ink transfer onto curved, recessed, and irregular surfaces — ideal for logos, part numbers, safety markings, and decorative graphics. Screen printing delivers high-opacity, durable graphics on flat and mildly curved surfaces. Both processes are available in single and multi-colour configurations with tight registration tolerances.

Capabilities

  • Single and multi-colour pad printing (up to 6 colours)
  • Screen printing for flat and curved surfaces
  • Logo, text, part number, and barcode printing
  • UV-curable and solvent-based inks for durability
  • Printing on ABS, PC, PP, nylon, aluminium, and steel
  • Colour matching to Pantone and customer standards
  • Tamper-evident and security markings
  • Integration with assembly and packaging lines

How we work

Our Process

01

Artwork Preparation

Customer artwork is prepared as print-ready films or CTP plates. Colour separations are produced for multi-colour jobs with tight registration requirements.

02

First-Article Approval

First-article printed samples are submitted for customer approval of colour, position, and print quality before production release.

03

Production Printing

Parts are fixtured for consistent positioning. Ink viscosity, pad pressure, and drying parameters are controlled and monitored throughout the run.

04

Inspection & Delivery

Printed parts are inspected for colour accuracy, registration, adhesion, and surface defects. Parts are packed to prevent smearing and surface damage.

Why choose us

Key Benefits

Prints on Complex Geometries

Pad printing transfers ink from a flexible silicone pad, enabling precise printing on curved, recessed, and textured surfaces that screen printing cannot reach.

Durable, Chemically Resistant Inks

UV-curable and two-component solvent inks provide excellent adhesion and resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and UV exposure.

Multi-Colour Registration

Precision fixtures and registration systems enable tight multi-colour registration for complex logos and graphics.

In-House with Moulding

Printing is performed in-house alongside injection moulding and assembly, reducing lead time and inter-supplier handling risk.

High-Volume Capability

Automated pad printing machines enable high-volume production with consistent quality and low per-part cost.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality System

All printing processes are controlled under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system with full traceability and inspection records.
